What this policy covers

This page describes what happens to data when you use RateSheet. It is written to match what the product actually does today — not a template. If the implementation changes, this page changes with it.

What we collect today: nothing

• No account, no login, no cookies set by us.
• No usage analytics are collected in the current build.
• If we later add analytics or a contact form, this page will be updated first, and only aggregate interaction data — never the numbers you type — would be collected.

If you email us

When you send us an email, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and to understand what to build next. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Payments (when a paid version exists)

Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle is an independent controller of the payment data it collects — not our processor. We do not see or store your card details.

• Paddle processes payment data under its own privacy notice and legal terms, including cross-border transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
• We receive limited order information (for example an order reference and the product bought) so we can support you.
• We use buyer data only for order support and accounting that the law requires. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.

Retention

Support emails are kept while they are needed to help you. TO BE PROVIDED BY THE OWNER — exact retention period is left blank rather than invented.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us:

Changes
