Who we are

What you are buying

RateSheet is a downloadable HTML calculator and (when offered) a spreadsheet version of the same arithmetic, together with a written how-to page. It is software / a template / a digital download. It is not a pricing, bookkeeping, tax or legal service, and it is not advice. Every number it shows comes from numbers you type in.

Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, we do not issue invoices and we do not demand payment from buyers. Payment, receipts, tax on the sale and charge handling are Paddle’s responsibility.

Price

RateSheet is currently free. No payment is taken and no account is required. If we later offer a paid version, the price, what is included and the delivery method will be shown clearly before you buy, and you will be asked to accept these terms and the refund policy before completing that purchase.

Licence and limits

• You may use the file for your own business, including commercially, and you may edit your copy freely.
• You may not resell the file as your own product, or redistribute it as a template others can buy.
• No warranty is given that the arithmetic matches your own accounting treatment; the figures are only as good as the inputs.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date, and where Paddle requires notification, we will notify Paddle.
